As someone who’s never been pregnant, I can’t say I’ve experienced any of the symptoms firsthand, but one thing that I’ve heard from many mothers-to-be is that you often feel very overheated during this period. For this reason, being pregnant in the summer can be especially stifling. However, it appears Anne Hathaway has found a fashion solution.
The Oscar winner is currently switching modes as she finishes up press on The Odysseyand begins promotion for her forthcoming sci-fi thriller The End of Oak Street, out on August 14. It is one of five projects Hathaway has coming out this year, following Mother Maryand The Devil Wears Prada 2, both of which came out in April, and the aforementioned Odyssey. Then, October will see the release of her drama Verity, an adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel of the same name.

Hathaway’s newest press run arrives a mere few weeks after she announced that she was pregnant with her third child, and it appears that she’ll be using this tour to simultaneously show off her winning maternity style.

Yesterday, our April 2026 Harper’s Bazaar cover star stepped out in New York City wearing a riviera-inspired fit from Stella McCartney. Her look consisted of a midi skirt with asymmetrical blue-and-white stripes paired with a white short-sleeve top, both of which featured mesh panels for maximum breathability. (The top specifically featured a sheer bottom half, putting Hathaway’s baby bump on full display, and giving it some much-needed air during these hot summer days.)
She completed her look with a Prada Bonnie bag in hand and a Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas watch on her wrist, while popping on a pair of white cat-eye sunglasses. Finally, she accessorized with pink Aquazzura sandal heels, embroidered with multicolored botanicals along the vamp.
From baby bump down to her feet, this whole outfit was a playful celebration of life.
